Filet Mignon.. cut up, put in crock pot with brown gravy onions, pepper, garlic. Slow cooked while I took a nap. Fixing to serve over rice with peas and butter on the side. Yep, it's expensive, but Lucy really likes it.

Deviled crab, and garlic/parmesan/mozzarella bread. If I get off my arse and do it, stewed apples for dessert.
If I don't I will make some later. May get some pork chops to grill and smother them with the stewed apples tomorrow night.

I don't know what in going to do with all this time for 5 weeks. I mean, I was working 40 hours a week and a school 30 hours a week, not even mentioning weekend studying.
Now all I have to do is work. So much time for activities! And golf! And beer!

One of my best friends is the bar tender. Drank 2 large margaritas and 1 large concoction he made, had my food and I'm out of here in $22 including his $10 tip.

Promised the parents I'd go with them to La Fonda after my sister's violin performance at Festival of Lights. I will try and hurry so I can make it before your bed time
