These targeted complaints are just useless, the poor are taking advantage of welfare and codes, but so are the rich. Its the upper middle class that is really getting screwed with taxes and it's the regular middle class that gets screwed daily because things cost more than they should and the dollar is worth less than it should.

I have seen people use their food stamp card to buy MD 20/20,cheap beer and cigarettes and the cashier has a keyring of barcodes that charges the food stamp card for milk,bread,cheese.
I have heard of people selling their food stamp debit card for cash to others.
I have seen people in escalades; with smartphones and designer purses and fake fingernails buy filet mignon steak,lobster (frozen and LIVE) and two grocery carts of food. With their food stamp card.
I have heard of people selling their food stamp card for 2 months to buy a freezer to keep all the food they hoard.
I have never heard of people going to get their food stamp card,money back on food equaling cash in any store. That is just plain wrong and not time worthy cost wise for the store.
I have gotten several bad roasts from Food Lion. They were about rancid. Upon returning them, I was only offered to get another roast in exchange of a different brand name even, as the problem was SWIFT PREMIUM meat roasts. NEVER was I offered a return of my money. But I was not using a food stamp debit card.
