Herbie and Fowler even asked Les what he did to anger the SEC office to get such a schedule.

I saw that, well I saw on here that it happened. LSU is in a bad spot bc they look whiny for doing so, but it is really absurd. I made a spreadsheet at the time of the scheduling patterns and what actually happened.

Is that Mark Womack also the guy that screwed LSU out of SEC night home games a few years ago?

Womack puff puff no give...f'd up the rotation

I don't know, but my understanding is that the TV contracts dicate scheduling, so I would say not directly. I'm sure he's an a-hole though.

TV contracts are just that....they're NEGOTIATED and can even be altered {see last years' bama/LSU nite game} I'm not sure LSU and the SEC negotiating team ever made a strong enough "push" to forward one of our traditions ! NEVER hear a word about negotiations but, I'm pretty sure the SEC office assists LSU in any way they can... MY arse !!!!
Well as long as the gumps, vols, dawgs and AU are happy, I guess everything else is a moot point, to our "leaders" in B'ham.

LSU just needs to go out there and handle business.....

ALL they need to do is to beat a depleted LSU team at home and win vs A&M and they are in the NC game again. No wonder they call Saban god.

The Rant has no pull. Nothing will become of this. The conference office will tell LSU to go fly a kite year after year, and Alleva doesn't have the balls to do a thing about it. Dude is in over his head.
You are correct. I would not hire Joe Alleva to manage a Circle K. No balls at all.

Mark Womack is fishing buddies with Dick Burleson.

LOLOLOL
Recent history has shown they can't even do that with their rediculously easy schedules.
Have you not been paying attention? They couldn't do it in 2011 and needed ESPN to give them a mulligan.
They couldn't do it in 2012 and relied on the scheduling imbalance to secure the SECW (LSU and aTm both had to play UF. LSU also had to play USC).
Bama is literally having it handed to them on a silver platter in the regular season, and when they inevitably fail, ESPN is there to rescue them.
Face it, CFB is a farce. I just find it funny that the people that make it a farce are starting to point it out now.

Tenn and Ky will get better in time. That is where the SEC has been hurting in conference play. Then LSU
will get the chance to play them. Oh wait!

Maybe the only time I'll defend the guy here, but everybody thought aTm was a 4th or 5th place team at the beginning of the year. Arkansas was the competition for LSU and Alabama, and they actually drew Kentucky as their other opponent. Of course, South Carolina is their permanent opponent, however.

Ok. Let's roll with that.
Situation is the same:
Bama is playing MO and TN
LSU is playing USC and UF
Ark is playing USC and KY
Still a major disparity. USCe got screwed last year too.
Bama vs UGA for the SECCG. Coincidence they both had the easiest schedules? Nah.
