It is absolutely unacceptable for a 10-2 LSU team ranked #7 that beat A&M and South Carolina to fall to the CFA bowl. LSU helped build this conference into the power that it is, and it is absolutely an insult for the conference to go to bat for Georgia (getting them into the Capital One Bowl after attempting to force them on the Cotton Bowl), yet sit idly by why LSU gets stuck in the #6 SEC bowl, when it is glaringly apparent that LSU does not want the CFA bowl and moreso does not deserve the CFA bowl. I seem to remember 2005 when the SEC office did nothing while LSU fell from the SECCG to the Peach Bowl ... why the push for Georgia this time around, but conveniently the SEC office was unable to help LSU in 2005?

Furthermore, the SEC scheduling is borderline conspiracy and unlawful. It's no surprise to any of us that the two teams with the easiest cross-division slate ended up playing for the SECCG. And how does the 2013 schedule set up? Another cakewalk for Alabama (Tennessee/Kentucky) while LSU draws Georgia and Florida (and 2012 and 2013 are years where the SEC basically got to create the schedule from scratch!). This is getting beyond ridiculous.

The SEC office should be ashamed. LSU fans are pissed, and righfully so.
