had nothing to do with Tech being scared to play ULM. Tech's AD just thought he could hold out and be selected for a better bowl game. He turned down a sure thing like Tech is some powerhouse with a major following that can afford to be picky.

I'm hearing the big money donors told the University not to play Ulm. I'm sure the players did not care. They are the ones that lose out.
