True dat and all of dat. But if Hillary Clinton runs and someone like Newt or Santorum go up against her. How stupid would that be?

Booker running for senate most likely. No way he beats Christy.
The times I've seen Booker, he's been very impressive IMO. The novelty of Christie's schtick has worn off, at least to some extent. He's also running in a state that went by 18% for a liberal Democrat over a moderate Republican, one who Christie endorsed. Like Cuomo, Booker has the ability to come across as reasonable, pragmatic, moderate. From what I've seen, he'd beat Christy in NJ.

I agree with your overall sentiment because Booker is impressive but Sandy has Christy's popularity very high and a couple of polls show Christy with big leads over the field including Booker.

And why is that? Because actual Conservatives generally win and "moderate" republicans don't?

The demographics of this country have been changing for decades and if you have someone like Rand Paul, who voiced disagreement about the Civil Rights Bill(or certain sections of it), you will lose. I like Rubio, he's not a smug a-hole and has a lot of things to look forward to one day. But Cuomo will storm the White House in January 2017 and dance.
