Maybe you should re read what I wrote. I never said that it was the victims fault. It wasn't. All I'm saying is that there's no way in hell this guy deserves to be in jail for this.

Yes he does. What he did was wrong and he should be punished with at least a year in jail. BUT the victim should be punished for being drunk in public like he was.
