I didn't use a dremel... Just threw a skill saw in there and cut it up

smaller form factor and portability are going to be worth the added expense/limited upgradability/build difficulty?

This build was actually cheaper than my other build. I'm not too worried about upgradability since they only "big" upgrade is moving to xfire setup. I didn't think it was difficult at all to build in this case (it's a much bigger mITX case), but it was a little harder than my phantom.

Anyone looking for an SSD for storage should check this out. I keep my games that require a ton of map loading on the exact same SSD. Paid around 209 when I purchased months ago.

$129 - OCZ Agility 4 256GB SSD

Great job bro.

How much did that H80 tone down the noise?

I'm waiting for those ssd to drop to that price without a rebate then I'm going to snatch it up.

Its crazy how much quieter it is. I had my case fans off last night with just the h80 going and you could barely tell it was on. I'm very tempted to buy those pricey super quiet case fans now

Yea the pump is the loudest thing in my setup.

Does that H80 make any grinding noise? If not, you won the pump lottery.. gratz!

Won something finally! As of now no grinding. I thought I had grinding when I first got it, but it was just one of my case fans not being tightened down enough

I really want to get rid of my hard drive and move to a 2.5" hdd, or wait out a couple more months to grab a huge (500gb) ssd. I just want to move the hard drive bay since it'll open up the case so much more and make it easier to work in.

I really just want one 2.5" drive so I can grab a single sata power cable and get rid of lots pf excess cable

I would just grab a 10k RPM WD Velociraptor. I have a 500GB version and thing doesn't perform like an SSD but Reads/Writes pretty well. I store games that don't have a ton of map loading on it.

ETA: That 500GB raptor runs around $140 now? I purchased it when it was still high though, I think $199.

My main games are on a 240GB Agility 4 with my boot drive/PS/LR drive being a 256GB Vertex 4.

No they are 2.5" drives which spin @ 10K RPMs. That is what makes them so fast.

The cooler(black part) on them measure 3.5" edge to edge. You can take the cooler off.

I was going to do this and crossfire it with a 6670 but then I realized I could spend 80-120 more and get a phenom 955 and a 7850.

I'm going to be in a lot better shape with that setup than going with the apu.

A 775 socket?

Grab you a $50 1155 and then that 7850. This way you won't have that bottleneck.

ETA: You could do P67.
