06 and last year should have been nc wins for LSU

Based on what for 06? Best regular season wins that year were a sqeaker against Ark and a last second TD vs Tenn. Ark finished with four defeats #16 in polls and got blown out 50-14 OOC. UT finished #25. The only other team with a winning record that year we beat was UK in the regular season. If you want to look at post season the only other top 25 teams Notre Dame played that year beat them down also. On paper the 06 team looks good, but they should coasted through that joke of schedule except for the UF game.

You cannot change these peoples minds, they are set with Les"10 wins good not great"Miles and killing our chances of being great. They are in love with the goofy grass eating arrogant SOB that will keep LSU from winning NC. That's just too bad, I hope our in state recruit don't pick up on this.

Dangerously close to heresy, my friend. CLM is the be all and end all when it comes to coaching. What's wrong? 10 wins not enough for you?

So has Texas, Georgia, USC, and Florida State. LSU fans need to stop acting like LSU or LSU/Alabama are heads and shoulders more talented than the rest of the nation. There are major programs that underachieve MUCH more than LSU has and keep their coaches. (See:Texas as the prime example)

The only other time I thought that LSU legit underachieved and didnt wind up in the championship when they were head and shoulders better than everyone else was 2006

Regardless, it ALWAYS takes a few lucky breaks here and there to make it to a national championship game. In a system where 1 plays 2, there isn't much margin for ANY error (most years)

Perrilloux really fricked us over
offense wasn't the problem. the defense was the most unorganized thing i have ever seen. & lee actually was decent barring the play calling for him to continue throwing the ball over the middle.

This fan base is Miserable. We play in the SEC. We will not win every game. We had a new QB. We had a starting RB knocked out. Our Defensive backfield played a lot of young guys. We had a makeshift O-line. Please don't say Mccaron won it all in his first year. Mccarron was meh most of last year and lost the only tough game on their schedule at home. They should not have even been there.

What the hell are you talking about?
I commented that the 2006 team was the most talented. The JaMarcus was great. We had our starting RB in Hester and the refs blew 3 calls that day. 2 on Brandon LaFell getting pass interfered with in the end zone and one when Hester was hit from behind and fumbled the ball out of bounds on what would have given LSU a first down at the Auburn 30 or so. That game cost LSU the SEC West and a shot at going to the BCS.
You Dont know shite.

man 2005 was miserable. They had to play 11 straight weeks or something like without a bye week because of the moving of games. They were plum tired and wore down in that SEC chanmpionship game. That team was awesome though, conidering what they went through and the record they ended with.

LSU is about to play for our 3rd non-BCS bowl win in 4 years.

It doesn't exactly appear like the two programs are on the same level.

cold hard truth

WHY??? Cause Of NO bye week???? I disagree. You put EVERYTHING on the table in that game and have WEEKS to rest.

You're right. The rest of the SEC has recruited miserably, has bad coaches, and poor facilities. They should all get skull fricked by LSU every year and we just underperform.

Tigervato so it's championship or change coaches.

Give me the coach who will do this and will come to LSU to coach. Anyone is not an answer. I want to know what coach will better what Miles has done, that will come to LSU.

No. It's just the ignorant folks who just so happen to have a platform to voice their ignorant opinion.
