Doing the oil less this year. Do I need to inject it or will it be ok with out? Should I rub it with butter or oil? How many minutes per pound?

Thanks

We have used the Big Easy for pork loin, ribs, beef, brisket, tenderloins, hens, sausage, etc.

Bought one for my parents for Christmas last year, and they added a basket at the top and cook veggies, potatoes, etc too.

Wipe some vegetable oil on the inside of the fryer and let it burn off before putting the turkey in. 10 minutes per pound but use the thermometer and once it gets to 165 you're good. I fried a whole turkey and breast today both 10 minutes per pound. They were excellent.

No need for pre heating.

I do mine at about 12 minutes a pound.

12 pound bird today came out perfect, as usual.

Hard to mess it up, bro.
