You guys severely underestimate how widely believed in Young-Earth Creationism is. Every. Single. Kid. Where I went to school thought evolution was laughable. They warned us about college constantly, about how the professors would try to poison our minds against the truths we were being taught.

Washington and Wall Street become ghost towns. Markets are frozen.
Air trans possible shut down.
Productivity plummets.
World wide run on hurrican type supplies and gun shops sell out.
Lots of notes found saying 'told you so' as horders and survivalist dissapear around the globe.
All communication with the military and its bases shut down. Their busy implementing plan 9.
Then the world holds its breath till we find out if its war,slavery or we have new neighbors.
If its simple life found in the solar system a collective meh, but it would damn sure help NASA funding.

You like to write B.S. a lot don't you? No, life on another planet wouldn't necessarily disprove the Genesis account of life on earth. God could have seeded both worlds and many more if that were his plan. But I understand that you have already formulated your opinion about this topic and my answers don't fit your narrative.

Please do a random genetics test of say 3 species, and that will definitively prove Noah's Ark certainly didn't happen. If you think otherwise, then you are anti-science, anti-intelligence, and anti-advancement.

even in the midst of US unity behind these two events, there was a great divide among the American people. During the time of the Moon Landing, race relations were a nightmare, homosexuality was becoming mainstream and causing a divide, and Republicans and Democrats were acting very similarly to how they act now.
the 9/11 unity lasted several hours before liberals were blasting Bush for his handling of the events. Americans were united against the brown people, but still had the same hatred and animosity that you see today. Overall, 9/11 was used to further divide America more than any event in modern history.
