I think what she did lacked class but don't see why people want to get her in trouble with her employer.
I can understand her employers issues with it though.

No one got her in trouble with her employer. SHE posted the photo, her employers found out about it, and now she's in danger of losing her job. It's her own damn fault for taking the photo and it was STUPID of her to post it on Facebook where all the world could see.
