BTW-Did you catch the part in the OP where it was said the fisherman was 70 yards away? I70 yards too close to a duck hunter?
I ask because I've never been duck hunting.

Birds tend not to fly in and land with people in boats that close. If they do hunters might be shooting at ducks with fishermen as the backdrop...
