I've heard he actually wants out of Miami and would take the job if offered.

Jim Mora Jr.
Mora is a guy that Hart is supposedly high on.

As of right now, strong is staying put.
Posted on 11/18/12 at 11:09 am to volfan30
You forgot Nick Saban, Chip Kelly, Bill Belichick, and Tom Coughlin.

Jimbo Fisher? Stoops? I hate when people throw out stupid shite like that. Might as well include Saban and Meyer while they're at it.

It's just Jim Mora, not Jim Mora, Jr. Anyways, he probably isn't going to leave UCLA for anywhere besides UW.

Jimbo Fisher
Record: 27-9 at Florida State
Salary: $2.25 million
Coaching stops: head coach Florida State (2010-present), offensive coordinator/quarterbacks coach/head coach in waiting Florida State (2007-2010), offensive coordinator/quarterbacks LSU (2000-2006), quarterbacks Cincinnati (1999), quarterbacks Auburn (1993-1998), offensive coordinator Samford (1991-1992)
Background: Fisher has plenty of experience with Southern football rising through the ranks in the SEC with stops at both Auburn and LSU before going to Florida State. Fisher has ties to current Vol athletic director Dave Hart. In fact, it was Hart who named Fisher head coach in waiting. Before going to Florida State, Fisher turned down the offensive coordinator job at Alabama with Nick Saban. And he had it in his contract that if he was not named the head coach at Florida State by 2011 then he was due $5 million.
Pros and cons: There have been rumors that Fisher hasn't been happy with Florida State's commitment to upgrading facilities, noting the need for an indoor practice facility. Fisher knows Hart, which would make some sense, but Florida State is a prime job that has great tradition with a fertile recruiting ground in a conference that's not nearly as competitive as the SEC. Many think that Fisher might use another job for leverage to get the facilities he feels he needs and has been promised.
Bob Stoops
Record: 145-36 at Oklahoma
Salary: $5.05 million
Coaching stops: Oklahoma head coach (1999-present), Florida defensive coordinator (1996-1998, Kansas State defensive coordinator (1991-1995), Kansas State defensive backs coach (1989-1990)
Background: Stoops has hoisted trophies. He's a National Champion coach who resurrected Oklahoma after years of sub-par football. After making a name for himself as a defensive mastermind at Florida, Stoops landed his first head coaching job in Norman and has settled in there making BCS bowls, wins over Texas and conference title games a nearly annual event. And in doing so he's turned down job offers from schools and NFL teams around the country.
Pros and cons: With an annual salary over $5 million, Stoops isn't cheap. He's also completing a huge mansion in Norman which gives further credence to him staying in Norman. But for whatever reason his name seems to come up. When Dooley was hired, there was chatter that Stoops had some interest but he never got serious about the Tennessee job. It wouldn't make sense that he would leave the Sooners, but some think that he feels under-appreciated in Norman. He recently got into it with a caller on his radio show and has expressed some frustrations with the unrest of him not winning another national title.

Miami is a mess I would want out to.

I still really like Al Golden..guy walked into a goddamn disaster at Miami. Just really bad timing on his part.
I think it'd be a good, underappreciated hire.

If hart is high on Jom mora jr. And starts lobbying for him then he should be fired too.
No way Jom Mora would leave UCLA now that he has them taking over LA from USc.
Westwood>anywhere else.
