Social Liason sounds a lot like Madam to me. What better way to tie up the gonads of military command than to get them screwing women who can blackmail them. Good way to stave off a possible coup if you discredit any possible opposition. This whole affair stinks.

Yeah, there is a growing amount of coup/counter coup jibber jabber out there. But, you're right that it is usually not about sex. To quote someone on another board:
