I've had them several times and they are very good. The draft beer is really nice & cold too.

I have been saying this place has the best Char Oysters in BR for a while now. Not many people know about it outside the area though.

i had never had them there before up until a few weeks ago .. i never really liked their food in general, but they seem to have stepped up their game when they moved into their new spot ..

i do like draft beer, not canned or bottled as a change of pace to the hard liquor. my like for draft beer goes back to the days of eating pizza at pizza hut with a pitcher of draft beer. yum.
plus, whiskey & oysters don't go that well together.

They have always had them on the menu (well not sure about always last 5 years at least) and have always been good. Now they have a pit outside you can watch them make them on. Its now located in the Broken Egg location. Nice outdoor area.
Dont understand why they have water flowing into the parking lot all the time though.

Any idea what the water flowing into the parking lot is all about? May have just been on days I went but could hear water flowing from around the roof line and somehow out into parking area

IDK...I remember that when Broken Egg was there, the AC couldn't keep up.

Their roast beef poboy gravy is disgusting. Even worse than Brewbacher's bullion cube tea.

Never had that. Their steak with seafood on top was not very good. Would not order a steak from there again no for the shrimp and grits as well. Their fried seafood is good and their chargrilled oysters are the best in BR. The oysters are worth making a trip for.
