You cat talk shite, I deserve it. It was a mythical deer we had been seeing on camera for about 5 years and no one could ever get a glimpse of it in person. Would've been one of of the best deer in the clubs 80 year history.
He popped out from behind a palmetto and offered me a clean, standing still shot at about 25 yards. I airballed the hell out of it.
That was a bad night to be a Keystone Light.

To be honest, once hunting season approaches, I slack off fishing alot. I went a couple weeks ago and caught a limit of trout in Mechant but no freshwater fishing at all lately. I heard the freshwater fishing has been bad out of bayou black. The only place I have heard good reports freshwater is toward Brady canal.

That canal always produces for me. I don't fish any during hunting season either. Hopefully we can hook up this spring for some lip ripping action.
