Serious Advice/Insight on Trade offer

14 team league: QB 1Rb 1WR 2Flex 1TE D K setup.
His team
STARTERS:
Romo, CJ0k, Julio, Gronk, Cruz, Alex Green
BENCH:
Amendola, Dwyer, Cutler, B. Gibson, Heath Miller.
My team
STARTERS:
RG3, Forte, Martin, B.Marshall, AJ, Rudolph
BENCH:
Leshoure, Decker, Torrey Smith, Flacco, Dreesen
Rudolph is killing me and is the weak link in my team. I want to get Gronk out of him!
Do you think Decker&Leshoure is a good or stupid trade for me????

It's obviously a good trade for you - you'd be getting a starting TE for 2 guys chillin on your bench.

I wouldn't do it if I'm the Gronk owner. May have to scale the trade back a bit and get Miller.

Is there a reason that you'd rather get rid of Decker than Marshall? The Broncos schedule is laughable the rest of the way.

U may have to give up Leshoure just from looking at your team. But if you're doing that I'd prob try to find another TE from a different team.

A guy in our league has Antonio Gates and Brandon Myers. He also has Dmac. Im thinking Leshoure or Decker for Gates. He may bite due to the injury
