Alabama with only ONE penalty?

There is a reason for this. It's not because bama is so disciplined either. It's because the officials do not throw the flag for whatever reason. I just rewatched the end of the game and noticed two of lsu's Dline clearly being held by bama's oline on their last play of the game! Now i know all teams do this to some extent but this was SO obvious! It just makes the loss that much harder....with that being said i loved the way our team played and they definitely deserved to win!!!

I can think of one play off the top of my head where there should've been a rag thrown.
I forget where in the game it is, I want to say in the 3rd qtr. somewhere. Mingo bats down one of McCarron's passes, the whistle blows, play is over. DJ Fluker goes up to Mingo and pushes him hard, knocking Mingo to the ground.
You can see a ref standing right there looking straight at it and he does nothing. The freaking play is blown dead and Fluker does this, ref staring right at it...... nothing done. Freaking retarded.
That's just what I can think of off the top of my head.
I agree though, damn proud of the way the Tigers played.

I thought the officiating was fine. There was one or two penalties on bama that we declined so it doesnt show up on the stats.

Just watched ESPN's College Gameday. They were talking about how great Bama's Oline did on the last drive. I saw two obvious holds the two plays they focused on the line. The old adage you could call a holding penalty on every play may apply but if that's what happened on just two plays what happened the entire game?

We discussed this earlier on the Score Board.............In Bama's last 3 trips to Tiger Stadium, they were penalized a combined six times.

Similar thing happened 3 years ago at Bama. Bama's tackle speared JJ in the middle of his chest taking him out of the game. Official was staring right at it and did nothing.

That was the same type play Copeland got flagged for.
I saw so much holding on the Bama line it was rediculous. Fluker was holding Mingo all night and yeah on that last play Minter was held to the point it prevented him from going after Yeldon.
Fluker is slow and will be abused in the NFL.

If you watch closely on Copelands "so-called" infraction, the play was NOT OVER when he hit the Bama player. Total BS call. Another pro-Tide referee...

I thought Saban should have gotten an unsportsmanlike penalty for touching the official after the one penalty they did get but that was the only one I saw. Wouldn't have changed the game...

There were 3 or 4 "change-the-game" infractions that were never called. We got HOMERED!!!

Screen pass, where I think it was Minter, that got horse-collared.

That hold on the screen in the first half was obvious and it was out in the open. Pissed me off!

And you are surprised why?
I knew going into the game that was a something that was going to happen. They never get penalties, because of who is coaching them.
Every teanm that plays Bama has to play the refs to.

Bama held all night. Literally all night, mainly because we had their line on the ropes and beat. Unfortunately it was never called. It hurt us at the end.

Has anyone discussed the phantom false start when LSU was moving well on the last drive?
Luckily it saved LSU bc Copeland subsequently fumbled, but they replayed the down and there was nothing. A little fishy to me.

Was that another play where the LSU running back started in motion before the OL was set? He did it twice in the game. He needs coaching. He is only a freshman.

It's pretty damn blatant
