Pretty decent chance we end up in a BCS Bowl. Still a chance at BCSNCG!

Current BCS Standings:
1. Alabama
2. Kansas St
3. Oregon
4. Notre Dame
5. Georgia
6. Florida
7. LSU
Let's Delve deeper. Assuming we win out.
2. Kansas St still has TCU, Baylor, Texas
3. Oregon still has Stanford, Oregon State, and the PAC-12 CG
4. Notre Dame still has Boston College, Wake Forest, and USC
5. Georgia still has Auburn, Georgia Southern, Georgia Tech and possible SECCG.
6. Florida still has ULL, Jacksonville St, FSU, and possible SECCG.
What does it all mean? As we stand today UGA will play Bama in the SECCG. After they lose we move up past them. Florida would have to drop any one of their 3 remaining games. That would move us into 5.
All that would need to happen is any one of the undefeated teams to lose and hope our computer score bumps us to 4th. 4th place or higher in the BCS gets an automatic BCS bowl bid.
EDIT (Thanks Golfer): - All conference champions (including non AQ's in the top 12)
- ND in the top 8
- The #3 team has been placed
Now if all hell breaks loose circa 2007, WE ARE IN!
Have faith my brethren, we got this!

I totally agree and think there is a bigger chance of this happening than most people think.

Where is this coming from all of a sudden? We have NO chance of a NC. 07 was completely different, everyone had at least one lose most had 2.

I guess it's possible but rsalistically I'm just hoping for a BCS bowl. I'm hoping LSU doesn't have a hangover from this game and lose any more.

We just need to finish strong if for nothing else, recruiting purposes.

Doubt it, but possible. I was honestly really frustrated last night and wanted to give up on the season. Some trolls made me realize how great our team is and we still have a lot to fight for.
I'll be watching and rooting for as many losses as possible.
Hopefully Bama drops one and misses out too. That would ease the sting a little. Especially if we somehow got our rematch in a different bowl game.

The only way that happens is if by some magic they literally drop and if that happens I am going to have to reconsider my fandom of LSU . Why? Because I don't support teams who have coaches that makes deal with satan!

No it does not. It CAN get us an auto bid if the following is satisfied before:
- All conference champions (including non AQ's in the top 12)
- ND in the top 8
- The #3 team has been placed

We have a good shot if UF and UGA both drop another game.

I just can't see the voters letting a 2 loss team playing for the BCS championship again.

Good news... We dont have to win the SEC West or the SEC to prove we are worthy of the BCS game... Right?
