I am glad they actullay have a sac and are'nt a bunch of whiny bitches that i read on here.
Please, if you are one of those who thinks we are going to get blown out and not have a shot, sell your tickets to someone who will positive in the stands and sit your cry baby arse at home. So sick of the pussies on this board.

If that were the case, the stands would have a lot of Bama fans. I haven't spoken to many LSU fans who are very confident in LSU's chances to win.

no problem with not being confident that they arent going to win. But stop with all the negativity of we will get shut out, we are going to get blown away, etc.
its ridiculous!

Absolutely agree. Not sure how anyone can say we're gonna get blown out and call themselves a Tiger fan. I mean we are 7-1, one of the best teams in the nation, and every bit as talented as Bama. In fact, we are one of only a handful of teams that can beat them. Everybody needs to stop putting Bama on such a pedestal. They're good, no doubt, but for God's sake they can be beat...we are playing in Death Valley on a Saturday Night afterall

True, but we'd best think about taking this year's LSU team down off that pedestal too. We're 7-1, but other than close wins over Auburn, SoCarolina, and aTm and a loss to Florida, a lot of those Ws in our record came against such powerhouse teams as Towson, No. Texas, Idaho, and Washington. Not exactly stellar opposition. Not real confidence builders. So why the low expectations? Those expectations were sky-high going into 1/9 - but look what happened there (and not solely b/c Bama was so great - also b/c our offensive game plan was a no-show). Other than a different QB, what has really changed?

Yeah I don't understand all the people not even giving us a chance. Our defense can keep us in every game. To say we don't have a chance and that we will get blown away is just stupid. ND wasn't given much of a chance to beat OU and they beat the shite out of them on the road. This game is in TS at night and we have one of the best defenses in the country. We certainly have a chance in this game.

In the words of George Michael, you just gotta have the faith, the faith, the faith! Haha. Yeah I know we haven't seen anything yet to make you think we are anywhere close to last year's team, but sometimes as a fan you gotta think with your heart and not with your head. If Bama has already won, then why even play the game? I think there's enough intangibles to give us a fighting chance - death valley, we're probably the biggest challenge they will face, I would think our team has a chip on their shoulder, etc. etc.

This makes no sense. It's called objectivity and football knowledge. Do I want LSU to win? Of course. Thinking LSU will not has nothing to do with whether or not I'm a fan. Thinking LSU will win every game is just delusional. Should every fan of every team think this?

No, but to think Bama is just going to come in here and roll over us and that we will get blown out is just as stupid as saying LSU will win by 17.

It would be really nice if that would happen, if swagga would show up Saturday night, and if our receivers would catch the #@^^&*% football.

No, objectivity means realizing its a tough matchup and we might lose. Thinking we are gonna get blown out is just as delusional as thinking we will blow them out. I'm not saying you're a bad fan for knowing loss is a possibility, i'm saying you're a bad fan if you have already mailed it in and don't think we have a shot.

And there is a very obvious difference between UNT fans thinking their team will come into death valley and get a win, and LSU fans thinking they can beat Bama at home
