Probably the best pizza I have had in BR. Amazing specialty pizza. I have had Shrimp, Crawsih and Lobster Au Gratin, Philly Cheesesteak, and Duck Confi with peaches and a bourbon glaze. All of them were amazing. The classic pizza (cheese pepperoni, italian sausage) are great too.

Definitely in my top 3 pizzas in Baton Rouge. In fact, it's tough for me to make a call on his pizza and Mama Della's as my favorite in town.

Great product. I've been patronizing him since he began serving downtown earlier this year and he was 4-5 days / week. Kinda figured he would grow once people tried his food. He's cut his downtown days to only 2 days/ week because of his popularity which is a bummer. My favs have been his chicken pesto, pulled pork, ratatatouey (SP?), the duck confit, and the one he served w/ chicken and white peaches. HIs veggie specialty pizzas are really good too. You're missing out if you haven't hit him up yet.

He has a wood burning oven in a trailer that he pulls with a 2500 Ram. Used to have a 1500 Ram but it didn't have enough muscle to pull it.
I think his trailer is 16000 lbs (he told me). most of that weight in in the oven, 9000 lbs and that weight is in the front of the trailer over the tongue.

Just had it for the first time. Two slices of the roasted duck, peaches, and Jim Beam glaze. Seriously good pizza. Always been partial to Fleur de lis, but this takes the cake.
