seriously?  yeah Sunday party animals are HUGE....Shreveport bars stayed open until 6am Monday morning & I never once saw problems getting to work.

good question .. everywhere i looked, it didn't specify a date that the new ordinance would take effect .. but i doubt it would be immediate .. wasn't there like a two or three month lull before the 11AM sunday booze thing kicked in ?
