It does suck, but your attitude on here seems to tell me you aren't just racking up debt, filing ch 7 every 7 years.

A cheap Ch7 runs about 1k. Depending on the complexity, it may cost more. Good luck.

I've never filed for bankruptcy and have always kept my credit in control. Like I said, my wife has had some serious medical issues lately including serious cardio/heart issues during a recent pregnancy. The medical bills and her inability to work full time, she is an RN, so we lost a major source of income temporarily. So I have to look into all my options.
