in LA, to qualify for ch. 7 your income I believe needs to be below $77k or something close to that, what they do is average out your income for the last 6 months.
avoid ch. 13, with ch. 13 you'll be on a repayment plan with the trustee.

Im not an OT baller so my income is under 77k, and with Ch 7, would i be able to keep my house and vehicles? Both vehicles are in my name and house is in my name.
