Im a big fan of this beer. Not too sweet, nice spice with a strong malt backbone.

I had nothing to do with it other than the labor to haul it home and to the front porch.

My FBD is the same: a Pumpkinator I picked up at Matherne's on the way home.

FBD. Endeavor. This is by far the best IPA we have available to us here in SWLA. Consistency lately has been good and glad it's available. I'm hoping for Pumpkinator by wed or thurs. I guess it's up to local distributors to get the order in, it's just frustrating knowing the beer came through Lake Charles bound for points east and we didn't receive any as of yet. Is this La beer politics?
ETA. For shits and giggles I called Specs in Beaumont and they too said they didn't have any. Maybe later in the week

I like piney hops, i think green flash west coast ipa is better. To each his own.

I like them both, but I lean toward the citrus/tropical fruit hops of Endeavor. Endeavor is a DIPA though. It is so great to have so many good beers to choose from.

So guys, how is the pumpkinator...good as last year?

FBD: Avery Hog Heaven Dry Hopped barley wine

It's 104 IBUs and 9.2% alc. Not my favorite barley wine, for sure. It's okay, and maybe it will get better as it warms.

We don't get Green Flash here. Bear Rep, SN and Stone is what's avail and on a limited basis.

Stone's is good too. I don't know if you saw me mention it earlier, but Hocus is switching distributors. They're going from Republic to Crown. They are expecting some serious change come end Nov/early Dec.

You know which two will get them. Hocus gets delivery on wed and stocks on thurs. I expect that's when they'll have them. As of last week the other place still had DR 12. I ain't worried.
