I'm not saying he had nothing to do with the lockout. I'm saying the owners had him lock out the refs because they thought they could strongarm them into a more favorable deal. He did what he was told.

So the owners are the ones to blame when something goes wrong? But Roger gets credit for the good stuff. Rationalize on, dude.

And it wasn't the owners appearing onTV and issuing press releases saying that "the replacement refs are doing a heck of a job."

So now you're circling back on yourself? You're a joke and a troll. Goodell is just a puppet of the owners, huh? Maybe its the owners making football popular, not Goodell.
