1994 was Ouachita's last win in football. Cheer up Lion fans, it's almost basketball season! Just for good measure, WM's best player transferred to Ouachita too.
In all seriousness, I don't know who will win tonight. Ouachita has the type of receivers and offense to give WM fits. I expect a tough, hard fought game that comes down to the last possession.

Shows is right though. Ouachita has more transfers than WM. The media just makes a big deal when someone goes to WM. just this year WM lost their best baseball player to Ruston and best basketball player to Ouachita. Not a word has been said in the local media about either transfer.

WM, in WM. Ouachita, outskirts of Monroe. Neville, heart of Monroe. West Ouachita, in Cadeville...think Walker relative to Baton Rouge.

West Ouachita's #1 problem is they do not work with their middle schools. When a kid is a senior at WM, he's been in the same system for SEVEN YEARS. They start in 6th grade running WM's offense. WO on the other hand starts in 9th grade. They have top notch facilities, field turf, etc. They just need to start implementing their system and weight program earlier IMO.
