I dont think we should bench Mett, especially not for Bolden, but id be lying if i said i dont want to see Rivers get a series or 2. But, def not for Bolden, who has been at LSU for a total of 2 months. But, i wouldnt mind seeing Rivers get a chance, just a series or 2. And, if the players respond better to him on the field we could have something. Im not saying bench Mett or anything like that, but im curious to see what Rivers looks like. It has not been Metts fault, thats for sure.

Love to see Rivers start first two series and go from there, but I think regardless who is there the dog collar is so tight it would not even matter.

Is bolden going to play OL or WR?

Rivers?

If not, no.. You don't put Mett on the fricking bench

Where do these people come from?

I'd like to see Rivers and Bolden both get some snaps in a real game situation. It would be better for them to have some real game experience when it isn't thrust on them in a pinch. Rather than leave them to rot on the bench like the previous unused and therefore unseasoned QBs had to rot under the current offensive regime. Who knows? But to bench Mett to do it - no. Just give them some snaps and see what happens. But it might have been better to do this earlier in the season and not wait for the heart of the SEC schedule to do it.

I'm not in favor of benching Mett also, but I would like to see him tuck the ball and run for yardage when his receivers are covered. Maybe even a quarterback draw to keep the LBs guessing. I'm just wondering how tough he can be. Could open up a whole new scheme.

It would be nice to see other qb's get some reps. If the receivers can't catch nobody can save us but a mobile qb could help. Mett is too slow in my opinion.
