In Seven Samurai, before the town is about to be attacked, when the townsman is talking to Gisaku about being worried about their women being had by the Samurai...

Surprised no one's mentioned any Braveheart lines. There are plenty of them:
The whole "They may take our lives" speech is pretty spectacular as is the "Freedom!" yell as he gets executed. I also like the line Hamish says when William pegs him between the eyes with a stone: "I should have remembered the rocks."

For me, it's a scene early in Pulp Fiction. We've just been introduced to Jules and Vincent. Based on their dialogue, we know they are partners with close, personal history together. We know they are expecting significant violence once they enter an apartment where they lurk nearby in the hallways. But the audience is asked to wait for it, because the story requires that we see them as they are - engaging in routine guy talk.
But we know things are about to change when Jules finishes listening to Vincent talk about the meaning of a foot massage and transitions to the reason they are there when he states, "That's an interesting point. Come on, let's get into character"
That movie line which signals that it's just a character you're portraying has helped me coach myself into getting outside my comfort zone when I recognized the need to show other people a different personality.
It's amazing how movie lines can do that.

Because when I hear it, I know The Godfather has just started and I get to watch it all over again.

Mozart: Forgive me, Majesty. I am a vulgar man! But I assure you, my music is not.
John Merrick: I am not an animal! I am a human being!
Yeah, I have a self-image problem.

From The Last Boy Scout...
Det. McCoskey: Good morning, gentlemen. Is there a problem?
Milo: Yes, officer. As a matter of fact there is a problem. Apparently there are too many bullets in this gun (blows Det. McCoskey's brains out).
