Money drop over the stadium tomorrow during their game with New Hampshire. Two things.
1. I think it's the most awesome stunt to ever be pulled at a college game but over/under on number of deaths, and
2. Can the players also try and catch some?

I mean you know this will be all over YouTube and ESPN tomorrow. I think it is a brilliant move by the school to get people to talk about them but I'm with y'all. I see several injuries occurring

How will this work since they play in the Georgia Dome?

ETA: Just found this article on it. LINK Looks like they're dropping the cash on the field while students will scramble for it.

quote:

A bank called Georgia’s Own Credit Union will drop the $10K from the rafters at the Georgia Dome onto the field where students from Georgia State will be waiting, presumably to maul each other into minced meat to pick up a few random bills and escape at least partially intact.

Jawga State Employees Credit Union is evidently the main sponser so it looks like it won't even be the school's money they will use

Yeah it sounds slightly less crazy now but still I see a riot on the field or fans rushing the field to get at it. For pure entertainment value though it should be awesome to see
