Freezer door was left open last night. I went ahead and threw out that was not vacuumed sealed. The vacuumed sealed stuff was not nearly thawed still very cold. Is it ok to freeze it again?

If ice is still present - refreeze. Ive been thru this several times.
I toss all fish and chicken thats completely thawed... And soups....
Have eaten duck, deer, phesant that have been refroze, and we are still a kickin along

You can refreeze fish.
Chunk the meat or cook it and refreeze.

I've had that experience many times, unfortunately, when kids don't close the door all the way. I refreeze anything still very cold with any sign of ice. It's all been fine. Anything completely thawed was cooked if still cold enough or dumped.
