I got blisters on my fingers!

Ringo's shout at the end of The Beatle's "Helter Skelter"

It was ad-libbed, and he wasn't kidding.

The radio sportscaster in "Paradise by the Dashboard Lights" by Meatloaf

"Ok, here we go, we got a real pressure cooker
going here, two down, nobody on, no score,
bottom of the ninth, there's the wind-up and
there it is, a line shot up the middle, look
at him go. This boy can really fly!
He's rounding first and really turning it on
now, he's not letting up at all, he's gonna
try for second; the ball is bobbled out in center,
and here comes the throw, and what a throw!
He's gonna slide in head first, here he comes, he's out!
No, wait, safe--safe at second base, this kid really
makes things happen out there.
Batter steps up to the plate, here's the pitch--
he's going, and what a jump he's got, he's trying
for third, here's the throw, it's in the dirt--
safe at third! Holy cow, stolen base!
He's taking a pretty big lead out there, almost
daring him to try and pick him off. The pitcher
glance over, winds up, and it's bunted, bunted
down the third base line, the suicide squeeze in on!
Here he comes, squeeze play, it's gonna be close,
here's the throw, there's the play at the plate,
holy cow, I think he's gonna make it!"

The whole "a friend of mine named Steve Goodman wrote this song" "the perfect country and western song" explanation in David Allen Coe's You Don't Have to Call Me Darling, Darling.

It makes the song. It's the reason the last verse is so hilarious.

Dancing With Mr. D, at the end of the second chorus is supposedly the scream of a woman being possessed during some kind of ritual going on in the studio at the same time the Stones were recording

The end of "Life's Been Good," I've never understood the whole, "Uh oh, here comes a flock of wah-wahs."

It's worth reviving this thread for the classic Ray Wylie Hubbard 4+ minute intro to Redneck Mother (filmed at Jerry Jeff's Birthday Bash).

The beginning of The Great Gig In The Sky..

"And I am not frightened of dying, any time will do, I don't mind. Why should I be frightened of dying? There's no reason for it, you've gotta go sometime."

Prince--Coughs during intro to "Raspberry Beret"

Van Halen--DLR says,"I don't feel tardy!" among various other things during "Hot for Teacher."

Brian May--You can hear the Queen guitarist's fingers sliding up and down the strings during his solo on "We Will Rock You/We are the Champions".

Every other song from the late 70s to the early 80s--A telephone ringing.
