Derrius is a sophomore and is getting plenty playing time behind a 3 year starter at RB. If Moses is that good he would definitely play. He will be the man his junior and senior year.
Dude already has a scholly to LSU, what more can you ask for? And forget RB for a second. He would be starting LB anywhere he goes for at least 3 years.

Catholic really is not using this kid to his full potential he is a two way player...i predict that Derrius would be an All-District Runningback and an All State Safety if Catholic ever took a chance an let him play some safety!!!

guice isn't nearly as good as travis minor, warrick, kevin franklin, jeremy stewart and plus the competition and schedule is very weak compared to what them boys played against back in the day. forgot about kendrick shanklin and corey gaines and the hatch kid that went to catholic

How can you gauge that just yet? D has played a total of 5 varsity games.
Of course he's no where near warrick Dunn right now, he's a future nfl hall of famer. Kind of funny actually that you would bring that up. Give D a couple years before you start making comparisons to some of the chs greats. He definitely has the talent and potential to be that good. Just needs to keep his head on straight and keep the grades up.

he lacks break away speed. as a sophmore warrick dunn, kevin franklin, travis minor and others were playin varsity and the compettiton was way tougher than it is now. locally and statewide

Btw, guice ran close to a 22 flat in the 200 AS A FRESHMAN in track. Gtfo with all that no break away speed.

what about competition he is playing against. Baton Rouge football is a joke especially 4a/5a. he will probably end up at linebacker if he keeps gaining weight. catholic high needs more than him to make it past the first round
