They used to royally F up the Iced Coffee by burning it when they brewed it and putting the ice in last when they fill the cup, making the iced coffee piss warm. I complained to the manager and they didn't do crap so I complained to corporate and that fixed the problem good and fast. DD's Iced Coffee is not kept cold like Starbucks is so the ice makes a huge difference.

The Metairie location is just like a Northeast location, ran by Indians. The Indians can make a great cup of coffee!! And in the 3 times I've been to that location they always had a wide variety of Bagels and Donuts.

I can tell you because I know that they only brew what they are sold. They are all sold what they are told to sell by corporate. It's not the store it's the corporate that dictates to them the coffee they sell. FTW, Farmer Brothers is bomb diggitty!

I was trying to ad to previous post. Donut shops don't choose their coffe, they are told what to buy and serve by corporate. That's all I'm saying.

Like with some films..your post required a second viewing.

Had DD improved since 1970's incarnation? Are the new La ones worth a trip?

Are you trying to answer my post from the last Dunkin thread? You posted it and I have no clue why or what you added to it?

LINK

DD is supposed to make the iced coffee in this order
Ice, Sugar, Coffee, Cream, Shake.

NOT Sugar, Coffee, Cream, Ice on top, Stir. Thar's how Starbucks does it because their iced coffee is brewed and then refrigerated in a pitcher, where Dunkin it's brewed and put in a big container and sits at room temp.

Corporate does not tell them to make it like Starsucks, It's the dumbass franchisees from Jackson, MS telling them to make it wrong.

They are good. But based on what you read hear about it, you will likely be underwhelmed.
