Spiller doesn't need much time. He fast. He real fast.

I'd be surprised if he's back in two weeks. Looked like a broken collarbone type fall. 2 weeks would be incredibly optimistic.

Bills coach Chan Gailey said after the game that Spiller didn't suffer a broken collarbone but would be out for a week or two. Gailey didn't know the extent of Spiller's injury.

"I don't believe it's long, long term," Gailey said, according to The Buffalo News. "If he misses a week, that's long for me. I think he's going to be out for sure this week, and then we'll see where he goes from there."

No broken collarbone which was the worst case scenario. It's also good that it isn't his lower body. It's probably a shoulder sprain.

I don't care if Fjax comes back, it might be better for Spiller. 15 carries and he can still put up elite numbers while staying healthy.

I tried to trade Spiller after Week 1, but I didn't put enough effort into making it happen. Then I got kind of greedy after Week 2 and didn't try at all. Now I really hope he comes back in a couple of weeks

I wouldn't trade Spiller for Leshoure especially with the injury being minor. Spiller is still a low end RB1/Solid RB2 even with Fjax coming back.

Good news.

I still don't see how they could go back to fjax (who is good) after seeing what Spiller brings to the table.

Hopefully Jackson comes back strong next week....

I've been rolling McFadden, Morris, and now Brown past couple weeks

During a radio interview with WGR Sportsradio 550 in Buffalo on Monday, Bills coach Chan Gailey said that he expects to see running back Fred Jackson back on the practice field this week. Jackson was diagnosed with a knee sprain after the opening loss to the Jets that was originally expected to keep him out three-to-eight weeks. Jackson has been making quick progress, though, and Gailey said he had a chance to return against the Patriots.

Fred will practice this week,” Gailey said, via the Bills website. “I don’t know if it’ll be Wednesday or Thursday, but he should practice some time this week. His recovery has been amazing.”

He says that now but in reality a bad sprain of the AC joint can actually be worse than a clavicle fx. I've had a pretty severe sprain and eventually had to get surgery...still not quite right after rehabbing for over a year. Huge that fred jackson is coming back though.
