Do what?

Do you only read action books?

The Hobbit is one of, if not my favorite books of all time. Simirilion = Depressing
The Hobbit = Fun
LOTR = Awesome

It's a great setup for the trilogy and you can read it quick. I don't know somebody could not like this book

Here's the slapdick that will come in every hobbit thread and try and make a funny statement. oHHHHHH 12 year olds like this movie SHUTUP.

It's more creepy how you think it's a 12 year olds movie.

Not crazy about so much more of the hobit being filmed in front of green screen than lotr. When I was doing the lotr tour in nz they said there would often be 4 groups filming throughout the 2 islands during lotr. There were only 2 for the hobbit with much less location filming. One of the coolest things about lotr to me was the epic landscapes which were actually real. Gave a much grander feel to the films. Other than that...... Can't wait.

Well I know it's not Fast and Furious 2 for you or anything.....

Pumped to see how the do Beorn and Smaug.

One of my favorite parts of the book is when Bilbo thinks he's sneaky them Smaug just starts talking to him. That is actually a pretty tense scene.
