Scan your ticket stub to get TAF priority points on your way out of the stadium.

Also, I don't think beer sales are going to make people stay the whole game. The pro games I've been to, they stop selling beer when the 4th quarter starts, so there goes your carrot on a stick.

Also, beer in the stadium will be worse/more expensive than beer at your tailgate. Let's see, buy a watered-down $8 beer in the stadium or just leave early, go to the truck and pop open an already paid for Turbodog?

The liability insurance premium might be a bit high, but good idea nevertheless.

Until they stop serving alcohol, usually well before the game is over.

Schedule competent opponents. Washington was good, so no excuse there, but Towson and Northern Tejas don't move the needle at all. People will hang out if the game is entertaining. As for students who might leave, that is a symptom of the tickets being too cheap. If they had more skin in the game, the most casual of our student fans wouldn't buy tickets come to be seen for the first quarter and then bounce to Tigerland.

When they leave early for a Bama game...then it's a bad reflection. Not when LSU is thumping a team like Towson...

You people are ridiculous.

Live your own life, not mine-- blowouts don't suffer due to fans leaving early to avoid monumental traffic problems after the game caused by sacks of ecto/protoplasm who come to tailgate only, get drunk and play loud music, then leave mounds of garbage. Get rid of them, make leaving easier for the faithful, and more people may stay during a blowout.

I like the seat raffle, 1000$ if your still in the stadium or free food or drink. Or they could do something free if they don't wanna spend money like autographed footballs or sideline tickets for next game.

I wish I had so few worries that I had to worry about why free americans are leaving a college football game early.

1. Kids are tired. Alot of fans bring the kids to rentawin games because they know it'll be decided early.

2. Can't Smoke. 4 hours is a long time for a smoker to go without a cigarette, especially while drinking.

3. Booze. It's hard to sneak in enough to last for the whole game.

4. Intensity level. The game loses it's hold on some fans once they start running the clock down and putting in reserves. They leave to go watch a more intiguing match-up.

5. Comradery. Not all people are sitting in lifelong seats where they know everyone around them. Most are sitting next to people they've never met and would rather leave early to get a table with their friends at Walk'ons.

6. Comfort. Stadium seats aren't that damn comfortable and the people behind them keep yelling "DOWN IN FRONT".

These are the reasons I left with 2:15 remaining in the 4th Qtr.
