That nylon jacket he wore during the entire game had to be sweltering. Why does he do that. My son-in-law said he always wears a jacket. Is he hiding something? Like a bullet proof vest?

It keeps his swag from escaping.

You see, he has a congenital disorder known as "swagitis". It results in the body excreting chronically inflamed swag.

It's well known that the only way to treat this disorder is nylon jackets.

I have no explanation, although people here will tell you you're dumb for asking. I was sweating my balls off in shorts and a tshirt and out trots Les in his fricking jacket.

Old man strength also translates to heat tolerance.

You'll learn one day young one.

He wears a bag to piss in and it's under the jacket.

If you have circulatory issues you might need extra layers of clothing. This s why Terry Francona always had a pullover on over his jersey regardless of temperature.

Real answer is that he wears it every game so that the players see the same thing when they look over to the sideline. It gives them a sense of familiarity and instilled calmness. At least that's what he has said in the past.

It is common for adolescents in the junior high as well as high school settings to wear jackets year round irregardless the climate. Adolescent psychologists suggest that is the result of a poor body image. Also, gynescomastia is a frequent occurrence among adolescent males.

Not certain on Les’ moob status, however.

bet it's a mental discipline thing. like zen or something. i'll also bet you don't know that everyone wore coats and ties back in my day. pretty much no day games then but the first few games it was hot as hell. had to stay drunk; that was the zen factor.
