People didn't learn flags and capitals in elementary school? How did you all play Carmen Sandiego?

Who was it, Gilmore? That basically ran solely on the platform of no car tax. That was back in the 90's and they still have it

But as sports fans go, UVA>>>> Maryland. If I have to hear how awesome Greivis Vasquez is one more time, I'm going to punch one of them

Well, UVA fans are in no danger of rooting for anyone awesome, so there's that. Their basketball program has been relevant since Ralph Sampson, and then it was famous for losing to Chaminade.

It must really chap UVA's arse to have been lapped by the Hokies' athletic program.

VT has a better football team, but UVA has the better athletic program.

I think in the 12 years I lived in Richmond, which The Times Disgrace is in love VT. I don't think I ever heard of their baseball team. And in basketball, I would say they only have the 6th best program in the state. At least I would put them behind ODU, GMU, UR, yall, and I give VCU class of the state in terms of basketball. They been good long before Shaka got there.
Then add in Soccer and lacrosse for UVA

Why do texans name their teams after themselves and their cops?

Why of ALL OF THEM have to have a "lone star" in their uniform or logo?

Why do all of their college football teams have to have the word "Texas" on the front of their jersey?

And why do their college basketball teams have to have a state of Texas that covers up 85 percent of their court?

it apparently doesnt

I like the fact that UVA isn't as sports crazed as Maryland. I will say that my friends tears tasted so good after last season, I thought I had prepared them for Crowton, but ohhhh man was I not convincing enough

but I live in DC proper, which is much better than either the MD or VA suburbs in this area.

I've lived in DC proper. Arlington at present (Courthouse). Living where I live now is actually closer to DC than when I lived in DC. If that makes any sense.

But I do like DC for the Ethiopian girls. Yum.

The only states I know that are obsessed with their state flag are TX, AZ, SC, and MD.

Texas takes that stuff to a new level and it is annoying

outside football VT sports are pretty bad shite their football program is one of the most over rated in the last 15 years for never really winning a thing.
