This is one purchase I'm sure you will enjoy.
Happy cooking, smoking, grilling, baking..........
The BGE's versatility really seems to get under some people's skin.

Speaking of high end BBQ grills, have any of ya'll checked out the showroom at Shopperschoice on Coursey Blvd? The outdoor showroom is f'n amazing. If I had money, I could do some damage in that place.

Awesome...you're going to love it!
Make sure to branch out beyond traditional grilling. I did a paella on mine tonight and it was out of this world.

Sorry for the delay in respoonding... My wife wanted to take full advantage of Tax Free Weekend.
I got the large. With the plate setter, Ash tool, grill gripper, a 20# bag of lump charcoal, and some parafin starter, it was 880. Saved 80 bucks with the Tax Sale... They were also taking care of local sales tax. 9%
I bought it at Casual Creations at the corner of Perkins and Seigen. They are assembling it for free. And would have delivered it free, but I live in Thibodaux. I have a business trip all this week, so I'm going to go pick it up next week. I'm going to build a table between now and then.
Can't wait to crank it up in a couple of weeks.

I cooked a pizza last night on ours. Pizza stone was one of the best additions I bought for it.
