I got all the sleeving but the tool isn't in yet... Probably won't come in until this weekend.

sweet. I ended up salvaging an old set of surround sound desktop speakers/sub combo. It isn't fancy or sleek, but it sounds better than the 3mm speakers built into my monitor and it was free.

What brand heat gun did you buy or did you get heatless shrink wrap?
