Thats why I thought the bathroom scene with Louis was great. He was absolutely right. All this drama is over one person, Harvey. Even though he didn't directly screw up, all this is happening to save his arse.
Also, if a random, ambiguous, settlement is how this storyline ends, thats very lame. Too much has been put in it for it to end that easily.

Well it's going to transition into the battle for the firm. Although they have to bring Donna back so it'll be interesting how that happens. And it is all to save Harvey, but it's also bullshite how he could be in so much trouble when he literally did nothing wrong.

I agree with whoever said if this ends in settlement it'll be a letdown.
I want to see Tanner in the courtroom. He's too much of a douche for the writers to not give him that kind of platform. Would be great TV.

Rachel is always hot, but I wasn't a fan of her glasses. Certain glasses can look hot though. Makes me think of Not Another Teen Movie ("She's got glasses and a ponytail")
I agree that it would be great to see Harvey in a knockdown, dragout trial against Tanner and it would be disappointing to just settle it. I think Harvey needs to actually go to trial one of these days. Either way, I think some real intense stuff is about to go down within the firm.
