DQ and Dunkin Donuts on South Sherwood

I just passed the location for both DQ and Dunkin Donuts. They bulldozed the previous building an looks like they are starting from scratch on the DQ building it is just before the Piccadilly and Nagoya sushi restaurant on South Sherwood. The Dunkin donuts will be in the old Taco Y Burrito restaurant. (2698 S Sherwood Blvd Baton Rouge, LA 70816) both look to be in the very beginnings of the building stages.
