What can you tell me about this boat?

My uncle is looking at buying a 21 foot 2003 Rickner Captiva 212 boat. 4.3 liter engine and it has a 150 hours on the engine. The owner says it's been checked out by a mechanic and has paperwork showing maintenance.
Any OBers with experience on this brand of boat? Is it a good brand?

Looks like a floating couch with no real purpose besides luring your friends who have hot wives to come along so you can watch their titties bounce.

Any used boat I would still have it checked out. That will cost around $200 for the motor and outdrive. Cheap insurance before buying!

I just talked to him and they just spent some $ getting maintenance. He went and talked to them about its condition etc and was told it's a good boat.
