Entered the gym at about 182.5

One leg workout and a shitload of water later, I roll out at nearly 186.

I better put my desk in the head because I'm going to pissing nonstop the rest of the afternoon.

This is how I am too. I drink a shit-ton of water while at the gym, and for the 2-3 hours immediately following the gym I'm going to the bathroom every 15 minutes to piss.

Squeeze in a bench press shirt and arch the frick out of your back during your reps and you may be able to squeeze out 160.
