You come to NOLA, charcuterie plates galore. eta: I still love pork belly, I do find that a lot of gastropub-ish type places frick it up bad though. The bacon craze needs to chill out though, its downright lazy now. Bourdain also said this same thing about pork belly on his haughty chef get together last week, so your opinion is actually mainstream now, sorry brah.

Flip Burger is way overrated. I prefer Five Guys or Mugshots for burgers.

Flip burger must really suck considering Mugshots uses frozen patties and won't cook to order. How good is the burger really when all you talk about is the bun?
