Tried some of this on some grilled pork chops this evening and it was money !

Never tried it on pork, but if you want to ruin a good steak then this stuff is failsafe.

I'm as big a steak snob as the next guy, but I don't mind a little Montreal on my ribeye....that, garlic powder, salt and evo and I'm money!

Man, I have to disagree. I've never used the spicy version, but Montreal Steak Seasoning is terrific on a grilled sirloin.

it's money after flattening a chicken breast w/ a mallet

I disagree to a point. High quality steak only needs rubbed in olive oil and sea salt/cracked pepper at cooking. McCormicks is nice for cheaper cuts or steak kabobs. It's just salt, pepper, garlic, coriander and red pepper combined.

McCormick's is nice because everything in it is coarse ground...I love using it on sirloin and fillets...I don't see where it would mess up a good steak as my recipe is EVO, sea salt, red pepper flake, dried tarragon, and cracked black only.... doesn't seem much different (except for the coriander)...
