Grilled some sausage from Maxwell's. Boiled pasta. Small shells with Monjuni sauce. Wife just woke up because I can hear the downstairs shower going off.
Gotta go to work. See you guys tomorrow. She who must be obeyed is up and demands service.

The Point. It isn't great just a local seafood place. But it is serviceable and kind of nostalgic.

ETA: It is in Inverrary Point. About a 10 minutes drive.

I had the occasion of eating at Shucks in Abbeville tonight.

Looking for something not fried, I had an entree called the Shucks Stacker.

It's a grilled catfish, topped with a grilled crab cake, topped with grilled shrimp, topped with a roasted red pepper and dill cream sauce. Surrounded by grilled veggies.

FABULOUS is how to describe it. Couldn't eat it all. $19.95.......and I have leftovers.

Feel free to post your dinners, but I'm quite sure I win this thread.

No idea. I've been slaving away in the yard and came inside to a fridge without beer and nothing to eat.

Nice. Can't say I've ever eaten those things any other times but on weekends. Funny how that is.

Made some Crockpot Beer Chicken from Pinterest with Rice. Came out pretty damn good. The alcohol in the beer cooked out so it tasted like a gravy. I also threw in some garlic powder, salt, pepper, paprika, basil, oregano in it for the flavors. Pretty cheap dish for a college student and it cooked while I was in class.
