I will be locking my rate in a month from now so any predictions on where they will be for a 30 yr mortgage at that time?

Other than "about the same", none that I would bet my own money on.

But I do think a 30 year mortgage is a helluva deal if you qualify for the best rates. The 15 isn't at all bad either but the 30 is better IMHO.

it want be enough of a difference for you to worry about it. Rates are a monthly rollercoaster ride. they are near alltime lows right. last month they moved up over 4% briefly. 3.875%-4.125% is a good range. consider yourself lucky if your 30yr rate has a 3 infront of it.

I just closed on a house with them. They are owned by the builder that built the house so as a deal, they are paying all $4500 of the closing costs. I would recommend them

Have a buddy who purchased a home with them off of Hoo shoo Too. DLSD or something. He said it was an easy process and they covered his closing costs.

They are great! Everything I hear about them is positive as well. They really do build a solid house.
